Stephanie Tabram lives in Tasmania. Since graduating from Sydney’s College of Fine Art (1989) with a BA (Visual Arts Education) she has concentrated on her painting practise. Having lived and travelled widely throughout Australia, the landscape has become a primary source of inspiration. She has held over 20 solo exhibitions nationally.

 

Tabram has been selected to exhibit in numerous group exhibitions throughout Australia, including; the Glover Prize on six occasions (People Choice Winner 2009), the City of Albany Art Prize (Highly Commended 2010). She has been a finalist in the Eutick Memorial Still Life Award twice (Highly Commended 2011) and was also selected as a finalist in the 2013 Fleurieu Art Prize.

 

She is represented by Bett Gallery in Hobart and is currently working towards her next solo exhibition at the gallery in 2021. Her work is held in numerous national and international private collections including Parliament House, Canberra as well as Artbank.
